- How far in advance should I book?
- Wedding dates — especially Saturdays from May through October — fill up 6–12 months in advance. The earlier you reach out, the better. Portrait sessions are more flexible and often bookable within a few weeks.
- Do you travel outside of Sun Prairie / Madison?
- Yes. We serve all of southern Wisconsin and are happy to discuss travel for destination weddings or out-of-area sessions. Mention your location when you inquire.
- What's included in a wedding package?
- Packages are customized around your day, but all include full-day coverage with both Chris and Rachel, your full edited online gallery, and print rights. Video with Erik is available as an add-on or bundle. Wedding packages start at $2,800.
- How long until we receive our photos?
- Most wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks of your wedding day. Portrait sessions are typically faster. We'll give you a specific timeline when we talk.
- Can we meet before booking?
- Absolutely — and we'd love it. A quick call or coffee lets us make sure we're the right fit for each other before you commit to anything.
- Do you offer both photo and video?
- Yes. Erik Moehr handles all video — he's the Videographer of the Year (2017 Madison Hip Hop Awards). Booking both together means one family, one contract, and a team that works in perfect sync on your wedding day.
