The Fine Print — Without the Fine Print

What's the difference between the $4,000 and $4,400 packages?
The $4,000 package is a team of two, each dedicated to their role — one on photo, one on video. The $4,400 package is a team of three sharing roles flexibly, so at any given moment you effectively have a dedicated second photographer or a dedicated second videographer, depending on what the day needs.
Why don't you book by the hour?
Because your wedding day doesn't run on a clock, and we don't want you watching one. Hourly pricing creates awkward moments where we're packing up as the reception starts, or couples rushing through toasts to avoid overage charges. Flat full-day pricing means we're there for everything that matters — no stopwatch.
Is the engagement session really included?
Yes — every single package. We include it because it's the single best way for us to get comfortable working together before the wedding day, and because we think couples should have beautiful engagement photos without paying extra for them.
How many photos will we actually get?
Every wedding is different, but 300–800 fully edited, color-graded images is typical. We don't pad galleries with near-duplicates — every photo you receive is one we'd be proud to put in our portfolio.
What are "signature edits"?
A selection of images from your day that we treat with extra care and creativity — deeper retouching, stylized color work, the kind of edits that elevate a photo from a memory into a piece of art. Couples tell us these are one of the things that set us apart. They're the ones that end up framed on your walls.
How do payments work?
A retainer secures your date, with the balance typically due shortly before the wedding. We're happy to work out a payment schedule that fits your planning — just ask when we talk.
Do you charge for travel within Wisconsin?
No mileage charges anywhere in southern Wisconsin — we come to you. For destination weddings or locations requiring overnight stays, we'll build travel into a custom quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely — every detail is customizable. The packages above are starting points that cover what most couples need. If you have a special vision or a specific ask, reach out and we'll build something around it.
