Sun Prairie Photo is spearheaded by Chris Moehr, who has been a casual photographer for 15 years and turned professional in 2012. His main focus is on wedding photography, as well as capturing family and newborn moments. Occasionally, he also delves into fashion and creative photography. Complementing Chris, a team of skilled individuals with diverse experience levels are available to cater to your specific needs for any project or event.
Rachel Moehr possesses a keen eye for detail and excels creatively in her field. As our lead photographer, she harbors a particular passion for macro photography. She has an affinity for beautiful sunsets and is perpetually seen with a Diet Coke in hand.
Erik Moehr is our video specialist, concentrating on weddings, short films, and music videos. He earned the title of Videographer of the Year at the 2017 Madison Hip Hop Awards. His equipment includes high-end 4K Sony cameras and Ronin stabilizers.
Ethan Moehr serves as our editor-in-chief. He crafts the narrative from a myriad of options, capturing the essence and allure of our wedding packages with the most up-to-date tools and techniques. While Chris has the authority for the final review and approval of any package, it is Ethan who weaves the tale.
In addition to these team members, we have a full network of associates. We’re shooting almost every weekend with John, Scott, Scott, or Jon. Yes, that is actually four different people. Each artist is skilled in our style and flow, mixing seamlessly into the team.
